The Challenge

Two hail seasons had shredded the Brookfield retail block's aging built-up roof. Six tenants — including a bakery and a dental clinic — couldn't afford a single day closed, and the deck hid three generations of patchwork from previous contractors.

Our Approach

We infrared-scanned the full 18,400 sq ft, replaced only the saturated insulation (38% of the field), and installed 24-gauge standing-seam metal in six night-and-weekend phases. Concealed fasteners mean zero exposed penetrations; the Kynar finish carries a 30-year fade warranty.
