The Crew Leader Who Trains Everyone

Tanya joined Copperline in 2012 carrying bundles up a ladder — today she runs our busiest residential crew and mentors every apprentice through their first year. Her tear-offs are famous with neighbors for one reason: you'd never know a crew was there by dinnertime.

She specializes in complex residential geometry — dormers, valleys, cricket flashing — and personally photographs every flashing detail before shingles cover it.

Areas Of Expertise

"A clean site is a safe site. My crews tarp, sweep and magnet-check twice — that's non-negotiable."
